Gift balance voucher

Our gift balance voucher can be used to pay for, or towards, our day tickets, annual passes or fairground wristbands at our entrance tills or used online when buying tickets and products inlcuding our animal adoptions and when pre-booking our popular animal experiences.

Gift balance vouchers are valid for two years from date of purchase and any outstanding balance will remain for this time. We're sorry but gift balance vouchers can't be used in our gift shop or at our catering outlets and no change can be given.
